The whole clinic, connected

Less time between files. More focus on care.

For dentists and clinic teams who need a clearer working day. Instead of keeping appointments, treatments, and accounts apart, Dental Clinic Manager brings related details together in a Windows desktop application.

A place for every detail

One workspace. A whole working day.

Connected tools for the patient journey and the everyday work around it.

Patient records

Patient details, archives, visit histories, and notes. Keep the full picture within reach.

Appointment management

Schedule and manage appointments linked to patient records, keeping the clinic day organized.

Interactive odontogram

Tooth-specific clinical records with treatment history and documented corrections.

Treatments and sessions

Follow treatment plans, statuses, and multiple sessions alongside general visit records.

Patient accounts

Record charges and payments, then review balances and account statements for each patient.

Clinic finances and reports

Bring financial operations and reports together to support clinic account reviews.

Suppliers and invoices

Manage suppliers, invoices and attachments, payments, returns, balances, and statements.

Encrypted attachments

Store patient-related images and PDFs in encrypted local attachment storage.

Backup and recovery

Encrypted clinical content in local backups, manual restoration, and optional uploads to the clinic’s own Google Drive.

Context for every treatment

The details make the follow-up.

Start with a tooth, revisit its history, and follow the treatment plan through its sessions. A clinical workspace connecting what happened with what needs attention.

  • A clinical record for each tooth
  • Visit history, documentation, and corrections
  • Treatment plans, statuses, and multiple sessions

From care to accounts

Organized accounts. A clearer picture.

Review patient charges, payments, and balances alongside supplier invoices and returns. Related details help you review financial operations with their context intact.

Privacy starts with the architecture

Your clinic’s data. On your clinic’s device.

A desktop application that keeps records locally and encrypts the database, attachment containers, and clinical backup content. Some technical metadata stays readable, and previews can create temporary decrypted files. Read the privacy details and protection limits.

Read about data handling

Encrypted local database

SQLCipher storage; some technical metadata remains readable.

Encrypted clinical content

Encryption for stored attachments and backup content, not every metadata field.

A Recovery Key

Normally needed with a compatible backup on another device or profile. Store it separately.

Another copy. Your choice.

Google Drive. Your clinic’s account.

Choose to connect the clinic’s own Google account inside the application for encrypted cloud backups. Day-to-day work stays local, and local features do not require a Google connection.

  1. 01

    Connect your account

Optional authorization in the Windows system browser, initiated inside the app.

  2. 02

    Enable backups by choice

Automatic creation is off by default. When enabled, it runs while the app is open; upload needs connectivity.

  3. 03

    Restore when needed

A compatible .dcb file and Recovery Key where needed. Restoration replaces current data.

This is a product information website, not a cloud portal for patient records. Google sign-in does not take place here.

Before you get started

Good questions. Clear answers.

Does the application work offline?

Core workflows are built around local storage on Windows. Google Drive features need an internet connection. This does not guarantee that every feature is available offline.

Are patient records stored locally?

The database uses SQLCipher and stored attachment containers are encrypted. Previews can create temporary decrypted files; original documents outside the vault remain your responsibility. Choosing cloud backup uploads encrypted clinical content to the clinic’s account.

Do I need a Google account?

A Google connection is not needed for local features. It is optional for backing up to the clinic’s own Google Drive.

Are backups encrypted?

Clinical content is encrypted and authenticated before upload. Filenames, timestamps, sizes, and some technical metadata remain readable. Patient names and plaintext records are not included in upload metadata. Keep the Recovery Key safe and test restoration.

Is this a Windows application?

Yes. Dental Clinic Manager is a Windows desktop application. This website does not offer a browser or mobile version.

How do I restore a backup?

Use a compatible .dcb file and, normally, its applicable Recovery Key on another Windows device or profile. Google authorization alone cannot decrypt it. Restoration replaces current clinic data, and losing the required keys can prevent recovery.

Can backups be deleted automatically, and what does disconnect do?

The default retention target is 7, with selectable alternatives; it is not a guaranteed hard maximum. After a verified successful upload, eligible cloud copies may be permanently deleted without Trash. Disconnect does not delete backups or records; local-only disconnect does not revoke Google permissions. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How can I obtain the application?

The product is in development. This website currently offers no download or purchase. Use the official details in the contact section to ask about availability.
